Bond Program Summary (as of July 15, 2026)

  • Program launch is well underway
  • $5,051,968.64, or more than 2.4%, of total funds have been spent.
  • $14,136,289.64, or more than 6.8%, of total funds have been committed.
  • OSCIM Grant agreement has been approved by the School Board for more than $6.12 million of upgrades at Wood Middle School
  • The District issued (sold) nearly $130 million in bonds in April 2026, and experienced over $10.2 million in premium. Initial investments are expected to generate around $800,000.00 in interest.
  • Bond issuers (such as the District) need to commit 5% of issued bonds within 6 months of issuance. Commitments exceed 10% after only 3 months.
  • Summer 2026 projects are underway and on schedule
  • Summer 2027 projects are preparing to enter the design phase
  • The program schedule is in development, with expected review at the October Bond Oversight Committee meeting.

  • Dark Blue: STEAM, CTE, and Career Pathways
  • Purple: Sustainable and Resilient Facilities
