Recent Activities:
■    Project has reached substantial completion and is in closeout
■    Furniture has arrived and is in use by the school
■    Wall graphics installed
■    Gym floor refinished and new bleachers installed
■    ADA Ramp to the athletic field and track is complete

Upcoming Activities:
■   Contractor punch list closeout items nearing completion

Recent Actitives:
■     Final phase of conversion from Athey Creek Middle School to Riverside High School has begun
■     Athey Creek materials have been removed from the building
■     Demolition and site work is underway in the new CTE classroom spaces and outside the building
■     Gym bleachers have been removed and salvaged for materials
■     Furniture for the new Student Services Hub space has been delivered and assembled

Upcoming Activities:
■     Installation fo new gym bleachers, restriping and refinishing the gym floor to occur in August
■     Rough-in of mechanical, electrical and plumbing in the CTE spaces
■     Updating the library space with acoustical panels, paint and circulation desk
New library, lobby, commons and select classroom furniture will arrive late July and early August

Recent Activities:
■ Office remodel punchlist work is 99% complete
■  The renovation for summer 2323 work to convert spaces to the new high school has been bid and a contract has been awarded.
■  Partial furniture orders placed for the new high school spaces

Upcoming Activities:
■  Office remodel final punchlist items to be complete
■  Empty current athy Creek Middle School and begin renovation summer 2023 for the school fall 2023.
■  Continue to order equipment, furniture and supplies for Riverside High School.
